Melasma is a chronic skin condition which causes areas of brown to grey pigmentation on the face. Women are effected and hormones and heat play a role. Melasma is most commonly seen on the cheeks, forehead, upper lip, nose and chin. Unfortunately, there is no cure for Melasma it is a condition to be managed.
